looks like absolutely beautiful quality>
How long did you let it dry in powder?
often the spiral mixed look comes from pressing bubble up when its still moist, and then after a day or two, remixing it, so the outside layer mixes with the inside layers and creates these wonderful spiral looking texture's.

yes + it as his own spicy taste
we did not let it dry on carton we just press it with the screen then with our hand during 20 minutes to take the most of the water
we've tried microwave it wasent good result it was still good but less bubble
next time we will try the carton but im scared the has won't be maniable has it is now
and in our area people usually smoke with the cigarette and a glass bottle so they like it when its soft not hard to play with
well we're not pros yet but we will still continue to make experiments and discover new tricks that I will try to share with you guys

looks delicious man but i would have to agree with bubbleman
looks a little moist, and after reading your drying technique id say it is.
although it looks creamy and nice, it will burn and taste much better if you let it dry for 3-5 days on cardboard.
other than keep up the good work!!! you got some fat patties!
