I have a german straight tube orange label, it broke right at the joint and its broken in half, I was wondering if anyone knew how I can go about getting it fixed. There's something on the roor site about sending them in, but it's all in german. I've e-mailed them and have received no response. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

honestly man, if its broken at the joint AND the tube itself snapped in half, youre better off salvaging it to make something ghetto and picking up a new bong. a friend of mine's roor broke at just the joint, and the estimation from a local shop was ~$100+
also if its snapped in half, the odds of it being fixable is slim. you could always try cement/epoxy to hold it together.

the piece has a lot of sentimental value, i don't think i could stand to see it epoxied, and it would be a shame to not have her fixed. i'd be willing to drop 100 bones on it

The portal to the RooR de site also has an english language option. The guys at RooR don't have the best english, but they will be able to repair your tube if anyone can..... skip the epoxy. US Roors might not be worth fixing, but DE one certainly is.

420 I'd like to see you argue that point to ninja on tc.
oh my buddah....another roor de. vs. roor usa? hey you want the thing fixed it's gonna cost you a hundred anyway, either that or dump a shit load more on a new de. roor or roor usa, your choice. this thread was about roor repair, not the whole de. roor-roor usa argument. dementia glass in santa barbara, talk to chelsey. several location throught so cal.

Yea dementia in Santa barbara is pretty chill, I used to hook this guy Brian up with a gra or two of fullmelt and he would get the fix for free. But I think he left there, so as razz says ask for chelsea, I spoke with her the other week, real chill.

there is a blower named sasha I don't know about the joint, but i know he turned a broken roor zumini into a badass looking inline. He told me the tube also maintained the thickness, he is also a member here i don't want to speak for him and say he could fix, btu contacting him maybe an option.

I think in another thread on here, Fat Mike said he can repair joints for $50 plus shipping both ways.

Yukon, how were you able to get a hold of the guys at roor?? i have two roor eggs i need repaired. I'm in California, so if I don't hear from roor, I might have to go with dementia...

I contact my friend in Denmark who does business directly with RooR.de, and he ships it to them for repair, and then back to me.

As yukon said, i know several people from denmark who ship thier broken bongs directly to roor and getting then repaired for a very nice price.
should not be the biggest problem to get in contact with them.
And while they are getting it repaired u can look at the custom pieces they can do for u on your bong and get that done within the same shipment :) ?
Hope it will work out for u mate
