Just picked this up and was wondering if any body has seen one like it or any ideas maybe who blew it? I am not sure if it's a head piece or not so if i'm wrong for posting it here and not production pieces sorry.It looks like it is signed TVX maybe it's real small? It also turns into like a carnival glass look when it get's dirty tried to get it in last pic but it is hard to capture.Thanks for any help.
