general theory questions

Greets y'all,


I was sitting here wondering about breeding those sweet little plants we love so much. If you start out with "OK" quality bud, germinate the seeds and grow the plant. Would i be able to breed the plants to product better quality? I only get regular old Mexican grown bud. does the job, but nothing like pure strains. I live in the U.S.

you can't take bad genetics and make them good...but that mexican herb is prolly very top notch...its just how the people grew them....
