Plant a Seed - It is allowed by the State

In January 2005, a ministerial decree was signed by the Belgian Minister of Justice and the 5 main Attorneys General, in which the possession of max. 3 gram or 1 female cannabis plant was declared a "non-persecutable offense."
This isn't new, per se, but it's news to me! The law is still fuzzy when it comes to Cannabis here. Are you allowed to harvest more than three grams at one time? If not, I'd love to see some type of rose-bush type strain just kept throwing out random flowers which would mature independently.
In December 2006, Trekt Uw Plant presented the first collective cannabis plantation in Belgium, based on the principle of one member one plant. The legal authorities stopped this plantation and it's currently being fought out in courts. (http://pr.cannazine.co.uk/content/view/194/27/)
