yeah I like the color a lot, especially with the pricetag it had, i thought it was a steal. Thinking about snagging a 9 arm orange label TC soon. Any opinions? The hit is already amazing, would the TC add much drag?

it definitely adds drag, but keeps your tube clean. i promote the circs over the arms but thats just my opinion. i've found the circs add considerably less drag.

damn i JUST noticed that the SG above has NO splashguard... what is up with that? i thought the 12 arm would justify a splashguard.. even the gridcap mini straights have a splash guard..

to me it looks like theres a bunch of room that no splashguard is needed use to own a 13/17 toro and it had no splashguard and i never got water in my mouth no matter how hard i pulled due to the wide bore of the 17 arm so im assuming sg has done the same thing noticed the bore is larger and its got enough clearance so no water gets in the mouth. i personally prferr no splashguard,

my sg has a little ring lip above the 12. the tube never gets splashed. no splash gard suits me best. i like to manually dry the insides of my bore when i clean the piece n let it sit in-between pipe rotations. just somthin i like thats all :)

Couple more new scoops. Got a bubbler from glasstafarian(with my bigfoot slide in the pic). Its about 1' tall, alot taller than I expected based on the others he's done. I really like the way it hits, it's got a very different diffy.

And my not so new sherpa tube and matching stem/slide(the diffys got wicked wide cuts in it, I love the flow). Next grab will probably be a new (7 1/2") showerhead for the bub

When I'm milkin it only the first row or two bubbles and when I clear it all three rows bubble with very few out of the end. They could probably be spaced a little closer together, but I think the way they switch sides like that really helps diffustion.

Hey what's up fmb? Just picked up a Sheldon Black 19in straight. I really do love this thing, came stock with a very well made diffy. The joint weld is also just as well made. All around Shledon Black seems like they will put out great work, didn't have much doubt though b\c of the whole US RooR thing. Looks like the mini bore they usually use, I think it's 38mm. Holds a full size bic snugly.

Actually no i didnt, i was going to get the one he had (7/13 reinforced), but i instead opted to go with the tree less 4 arm fused/13 arm perc. Both are rasta label and reinforced. I just went with the newer/improved design, intstead of the traditional 7/13. -james

Got a couple new things in the mail today, both artists are on etsy.
A new fumed jar from HumboldtCountyGlass. In person it's almost pearl in color and easily holds 5g dry. It's stamped PER on the bottom(he's their blower) and it's 5.5mm thick.
The other package I was shocked to open. I had ordered a "scientific single"(which is a single chamber diffused gong bubbler) from Dethstar, and it's alot nicer than I expected, and he threw in a free sherlock, and two free slides(ones a standard shaped push and the others a tear drop). The color on the slides and sherlock are a nice marble red. The diffuser has 4 holes(I think they're polished)and the normal opening.

Sick chick mini, I might have to grab it!

Got a package today from Coughins ( www.coughins420.com ), I ordered some of the less expensive holders with decorative rings instead of metal inserts. I ordered a teak and a walnut(one for the better half) and was blown away when my "extra" was another 5 slot holder!(this one maple I believe). I'm really impressed with the quality of them, and might even order one of the ones with inserts. If anyones interested I recommend checking them out. The maple one holds my emergency/extra slides now, which is nice cause now I have 8 or 9 other slots open.

A 2004 old school ashcatcher I had converted to gong (EDIT: the stem on the ashcatcher isn't dirty, it's actually fumed. its also 14mm and I'm using a bushing converter if anyone is curious)

Lol yeah, Ghost makes wedding slides now. Cost ~20g and you're supposed to smoke out of it at the altar!
