Ok, so I just got a Toro t/c and a mouthpiece attachment, both unbelievably sick.
The problem is, the mouthpiece hangs lower than bottom of the a/c and I'm trying to figure out how I can create a base to even it out.
The first thing that comes to mind is working with hemp and creating a removable base that slips on and off to provide the clearance.
Im considering trying to braid something almost like a wicker basket at the moment, but would love to get some ideas from you guys
Update:
I think making a 'doily', something like a small coaster, will work well as the base. After the base is made, I'll probably try incorporating a basket weave to keep it in place on the t/c.
