I live in San DIego, and I know its not nearly time yet but i just wanna stay ahead to make sure i have plenty of time to order my seeds and germinate them and get everything prepared. So how early is the first time my seeds should see the ground?

you could go a bit earlier, but that's a nice date.

germinate in march. put em under a florescent and have em ready to go outside in april. if you dont want monsters (i dont know how much property you have) your gonna have to flower em by blacking out with a tarp. you can get 2 or 3 harvests easy this way.

april seems a little early....mid-late may....starting to early, can cause issues....

Outdoor ? no no no in So. Cal. and No. Cal. best to start outside after MAY because
the DayLight (SUN) has to be 14 to 18 hour long light cycle for Folage then at end of august light cycle narrows to 12-n-12 12 light 12 dark for budding. A well known seasonal growing tip Known by all that grow. I have the simple effective indoor grow method so easy care. 75 days start to finish
