View Full Version : the newest show
I can never get 400 nice clones. Always get some runts, this time more than usual. 3/4 of the room is vegged up & ready to flower & the other 1/4 is mostly just starting to show some new growth.
Supposed to be all purple kush but about 25 are something different.
Well most of the room will get too tall if I wait any longer for the runts to take off, most should do OK now just yield less. Gone into 12/12 now.

Ya, most of those are certainly ready. And when you say runts... man some of them are really runty, I think I see 1 or 2 in that pic that barely show as a tiny set of leaves in the dirt, lol. Nice setup mang looks to yield well. Looking forward to updates :)
Couple pics after 5 days of 12/12.

sorry to hear about clones but sweeeeet
2 weeks into flower today. Good thing I got the cooler fixed up, hitting 100F outside the last couple days. Fired up the co2 generator today.

That looks like a rad setup! when you are doing a crap load of clones like that how did you decide when you wanted to flower them?

must be in canada? Those are some high numbers no pun intended! Awesome grow show, how much does it cost per month for A/C with 100 f temps outside?
Pervertednippletickler - I put them into bloom by the time they're about 12" tall (depending on the strain & if I know how much they'll stretch), the pots they're in are only 1 1/4 gallon.
Koalaphin - The AC is going to add up this month, 36 running amps & it runs a lot. Probably the equivalent of a 9 light gig in flower by itself

Love the show.... you said they are only in 1 1/4 gallon pots.. and since u put em on 12/12 at only 12 inches, im assuming they should only get to be like 24inches tall or so....so what is ur usually yeild per plant on average for a show like this?

"just under 1 elbow per candle." - FTW from "My Last Show (http://www.fullmeltbubble.com/forum/showthread.php?t=658)" where he ran Rene and JuicyFruit.
Personally, I think the yield will be a bit higher on this one. :pipe:

those are 600's then correct?
Those are 1000 w in there. The room has seen one problem after another, hopefully this gig doesn't see any disasters. Here are a few pics at 3 weeks.

Thank EBI for the info...I didnt know how many candles he was running though, so i was trying to gauge what a show like this would do when it's all said and done.

Nice FtW and folks don't think you have a kushy job heehee. Can almost smell'em from here. Keep up the good work. Mmmm I remember the last hash from this strain. Peace GS

I agree, the hash from the purple kushes (like my random Yukon Kush) is feaking outstanding. I'm only about 3-4 weeks from my next batch of it.
Yeah I'm looking forward to spending a day with the the trim & bags when it comes down, been a while since I had something really melty. Updates a bit late, but here's some pics from 5 weeks. Last feeding was yesterday, just plain h20 from now to the chop.

Looks nice mang, how long you let them go in total?
These should be done around 7 - 8 weeks, starting to flush now at 5 1/2. They should yellow up pretty quick.
A few pics at 6 weeks, found a bit of bud rot on a couple plants, & a few spots of powder mildew. I'm going to strip off a bit more shade leaf & let a bit more airflow at em.

Yes unfortunately the Purple Kush is a mildew monster this time of year. Good luck man. Peace GS

I've been finding that as long as I treat them a few times in veg with Neem oil, I can usually skip the powdery mildew on the Yukon Kush, but not always. Seems this strain is the perfect breeding ground for this annoying pest.

Sorry to hear about the probles man, but from the shots I c ur ladies look good. Im sure it has to be hard to control every problem that can come up when u have so many sexxy ladies in one room.
Good luck, and love the thread
It came down at 47 days (bit earlier than planned) because bud rot was becoming a real problem. Yield was only a 12 pack (yikes I'm going backwards) although some nice little nugs. Lost the last round of pictures I took but here's a last little dry nug shot...

Curious about puffin info . Like do tastes and potency vary between the 2 . Once again thanks again for doing this and putting my thought at ease. Respect man. Peace GS
