Does the placement of the fill and drain matter on an ebb and flow system?

Would suggest the table be higher on the fill end and lower on the drain end so it drains. Peace GS

I meant where they would be located in the top tub such as close together or on opposite sides. My bad should have specified.

Well if one should be higher, I would suggest that would be most effective at opposite ends. Just a thought , good luck. Peace GS

The fill and drain should be at the lowest points in a flood and drain. When the pump stops filling it drains too. Usually this is in the middle of the tray. They are usually close together but they don't have to be. Hope this helps.
