Help finding worked downstem

hey guys i just got some sick slide by el hefe made and i want to get a custom downstem to match since hefe cant do the right size joint for me.
Anyone know where i can get a worked showerhead or gridded diffy? or anything thats got pretty good airflow, im trying to replace my us tubes downstem
