it pops up for me on firefox
well I think the forum does give popups.
New chrome probably didnt have popup blocker on this site for some reason. I disabled my blocker for this site.
yeah could be pm pop up or could be the LPP messenger service. where a box shows up with a small msg.

yeah theres 2 dif 'PM' sorta functions, the LPP and normal pMs
