So I'm guessing Bman and the mods are going through that thread and compiling all the positive reps? I always considered it to be ridiculously too cluttered and disorganized to function so I never even posted about my successful transactions and never checked if anyone said anything about me. But there is actually a rep system outside of that thread right?

it looks like there is one, its right by the post number i imagine it will take a lil while for it to run smoothly but a superb idea none the less.

One question, is there a section in the user cp to see if the rep is positive or negative and is there an option to add a message to the rep?

The other forum I was talking about has both of these...

EDIT: I also can't seem to add any rep to anybody. As soon as I click the rep button it just sends me to the top of the page. Anybody elses profile like this?

I also think the rep system should be weighted. Or possibly install a 3rd party system that verifies you are who you say you are and live where you say you live etc. A simple verification of this would[should] grant access to reputation, or something along those lines.

Basically it shouldn't be a free rep-market in my opinion, based on other sites I've belonged to, their approach, and the final opinionated outcome.

quit worrying so much about the glass market coming back. i'm sure if they fuck it up bad enough someone will start a new one somewhere else...

IMO rep systems are too easily abused there should be some other measure of a person other than how many friends they have on a certain site.
