that is awesome! thank you for sharing, I have used my bags to dry sieve but I never would have thought to stack and use them that way, I definitely am going to try this out :D
thanks bubble. better get me some bags eh... what a great thing this stuff called cannabis is.
I'm really curious about this technique. I can't wait for more pics!
im a loser baby..... why don't ya killl me...
i like using larger close to 300 mesh to gentley dry sift. you get much more whole unbroken resin glands using larger mesh
i take resulting contaminated powder and place into half gallon container with freezing water. no ice. shake gentley. let settle. after couple minutes only, then i skim floating contanimats. then gentley pour first thru 160bag and then is collected in 25bag.
much purer and less damaged resin glands compared to using just
smaller drysifting screens.
proove me wrong.
Thinkin about tryin this method with my bags... its my first time dry sifting, how long should I shake up the material?
i thought anything smaller than 70 micron is "lesser" quality...
That would be strain dependent. Peace GS
you could also tumble first and eliminate the need to seperate pollen from material. then just refine it with the bbags :cool3:
absolutely FlyHighCLub.. i have done this as well... used a half lb of dry sift thrown right into a five gallon batch. The largest scoops i've ever pulled from the 73u to this day lol
Peace

Has anyone ever done the dry ice hash method? I like using a larger bag for my first work with the material. It seems to produce a much cleaner looking and better tasting hash but now that I have a new large bag set coming my way I think I might try using them to refine this material.
Considering this method with an 8 bag 1 gallon kit. My concern is that having the screens stacked so closely together that plant matter that is broken down could jump back into the bag above it from the shaking motion. I wouldnt want to degrade the quality of the 90 or 73. Any thoughts on this? Also how do you think the purity would be compared to the manual dry sift from a screen set
