i just scored some lebaneese hash from a friend who smuggled it back home. he wanted to impress his western friends and see how they smoke it (not in tabacco!)
i will post a picture but the smell and taste is REEETARDED!!!!
the stuff from over there just has a differnt taste and vibe...unreal!

the first hash I bought and smoked came from Lebanon..this was around '73.
I had been buying ganja from a friend's big brother for $15 for a few handfuls ....it was local grown and had a nice, light high. He told me that "some hash was coming in and
did I want any?", "sure!" I said, but I had never smoked or seen hash before, I didn't even know what it was and so didn't know what to expect, even after he tried to explain to me what it was.
The deal was $20 and I had to pay in advance..waited several days then he handed it to me. I looked down and there was a tiny block of hash (well, it seemed tiny compared to the cannabis I'd be getting from him) ..it was probably 3 or 4 grams of very hard, light colored Lebanese.
I looked up at him, down at the small lump in my hand and back up at him with a "WTF, you've got to be kidding me" look on my face. I was expecting a fist sized ball of the stuff! lol
He said it's " Lebanese, you break it up and mix it with tobacco"
I said "it's phucking tiny, is that it?"
"that's what hash looks like"
"(grumble, grumble)..ok, show me how to use it"
well, it wasn't bad but it wasn't A grade either, the same dollar amount of pot would of lasted a lot longer. I never saw any hash until many years later, there wasn't a lot of hash in Australia back then around my circles, only little bits every now and then. Afghani, Pakistan, Kasmir, Middle Eastern....mostly we smoked local grown weed and sometimes Thai stick. The local stuff was ok, I remember 3 or 4 of us smoking a jay then laying down on our backs in the middle of a cricket oval in the afternoon watching the clouds and the shapes they made while laughing our heads off.

This is gonna go with the territory anywhere.
When people are in it for only the money they have poor material.
When they care, stuff is usually better.
I know for certain most blond and Moroccan style hashes do have adulterants.
Camel shit, glue, rubber, sawdust, pine resin.
But I am also certain that thier are at least a few folks who have quality shit.
Just like some people kif tumble thier shit before they sell it and some dont.
Some people harvest a week early to get in an extra crop a year, some dont.
People who care about quality will always have customers
