TORO circ/circ or 17 Green label Sovereignty Stemline

Hey FMB,
Searching for anyone who has compared the upper end tubes. I currently have 2 7/13's regular and reinforced. I am looking to grab either the green lbl SG stemline or a circ/circ toro. Can anyone help me with a comparison or the decision making. Will the circ/circ rip how? in comparison to the 7/13's as well as the SG?
