    Default filtering ?

    I have submerging stuff right out of the bag into seperate pint glass to let nasty stuff float to top and let sit for 2 day. then go right to crumbling and drying for 10 days. using turky bastr I remove particles and excess h20. Is that excessive?

    Sounds like you are properly drying. I would say you are doing no harm. Peace GS
