    Default Dry, brittle leaves

    Yoo all my fellow hash-heads,

I got a buddy who has a big bag of leaves and stems, but they are really dry and brittle. Dry to the point where if you grab them, they will crumble (the leaves). Is there anything I can do before/while running them to minimize contaminants? Thanks for reading!

try letting the trim soak in your ice and water mix for a few mins to let it moistn back up. i wouldnt run stems imo they can tear your bags and just take up room there are very little trichcomes on them. do you have access to a dry siffting screen?

No I don't have a dry sifting screen, but actually stems work very well for me usually. I always save all my stems when I smoke and when I get around an ounce or so I run them in the bubblebags. I always get a good return, almost as good the buds they come from sometimes. Thanks for the advice, I'll definitely do that.
