Wow, I'm in awe of all the incredible shots, please keep em coming!!!!

Taking requests? How about a shot of a single calyx? Like the ones that grow at the base of the stem (mature preflowers?).

A few more hash shots. I managed to get a dual dome affect on this one, i tried to focus on the dome in one shot and the screen in the other> The one where i focus on the screen almost makes it look like there isnt even a dome there. WHen the dome is clear pure thc is near.

this shot almost makes it look like there isnt even a clear dome , but if you look closely its there.

    fckn awesome shots B-man!
my mom always used a canon35mm when i was growing up.
i think theyre pretty rockin. you will be like monkey and Bananaman if you're not already! lol
i know it is Subcool hoo got me interested in Photoging my buds. his shots of his plants plastered all over hightimes made me drop my BB's and i must say, once im a lil un-poorer i will prolly get a Rebel40D then move up from there. im using a dated sony mavica atm that takes discs! i have to finalize the disc every time i want to upload from it to my computer and then because i use the rewritable cds i have to reformat them b4 they can be used again. these things take time and battery life and just generally sux after getting to use the canon 20D this last summer lol.
    great work Bubbleman!

Hey Truecannabliss, i can point you in the ONLY direction.
MPE 65mm canon macro lens. YOu will also need a good quality tripod and tripod head. I grabbed the 410gear head and the manfrotto tripod 055xpro black legs. The flash is also quite important, you will need either the ring flash or the dual. I hear the dual flash offers nicer light and its the one i use. MT-24EX MACRO TWIN LITE.
I would suggest checking this place out online, it was hundreds cheaper than anywhere i could find it, and they don't sell refurbished or grey market items.

also just picked up the 60mm 2.8 canon lens, and am quite happy with it> it only goes to 1:1 but its got a great range, and is extremly light in comparison to the MPE.

that and i wanted to bump this thread, my first macro shots ever. Maybe i should move this thread to the living hash forums?
