Nice work!!! Looks very similar to our Drying/curing lab.... Almost identical... they have a bit more product than us tho.. just by a little bit tho... Ill take some pics of our drying lab and post em up soon. We have run out of baking sheets and we have 3 baking racks to give ya an idea.... NEED MORE Baking sheets and baking racks! haha

Neva wax paper, strictly unbleached parchment paper or in a pinch "Martha wrap"... Unbleached parchment one side, aluminum foil on the other...
