This local news story examines California State Assemblyman Tom Ammiano's newly introduced bill to legalize the cultivation, possession and sale of marijuana. The plan, designed to address the state's massive budget deficit, calls for taxing and regulating marijuana like alcohol, and would reportedly inject $1.3 billion in new taxes into the state's budget, while creating legal jobs for countless citizens.

I really, really hope not. The market for gourmet strains will still be there but the price will drop a thousand bucks a pound overnight.

If it is legalized, well then i guess I can fulfill my dream of opening a pot bar that sells super strong coffee and hash.

I would also take some jars of my best products and set them on the desk of whatever company is doing it on a mass scale. . . Tell them here is my application, I want $200,000 per year thank you.

na if its legal then everyone can grow it and the original growers wont have to worry about getting raided anymore

but seriously legalizing marijuana would basically solve how deep the US is in debt.
and it would create soooo many job opportunities
