    Well, I am a huge fan of Hieronymus Bosch, as my username demonstrates. He was a very mysterious surrealist from the 16th century. His art is featured at the Museo Del Prado in Madrid, Spain where he enjoys the most popularity. He is said to have had a great influence on Dali and many other 20th century surrealists. Enough babble, here are some pictures....

    Now, the above pic is merely a tiny section in his tryptych(three panel painting):






    Truly amazing stuff. Definetly worth a google.

    And the crazy thing is, there undercurrents of anti-catholicism, yet it was the catholic church who paid him to do these!

    I actually have a poster size print of the above tryptych. Lotta hrs staring at that picture finding new trippinesses.

    Right on brother.

    I went to the museum and got a shirt with the center panel on it and a watch with all three panels. , I'll post a picture sometime because there cooler than beans.

    Looking at these pics all I can think is the Monty python fellas must been inspired by this . Thanks for sharing. Peace GS
