Afghanica Macro's from GS's Garden

Plant two i shot a few days ago was the afghanica...
To the rest of the plants that were in the bloom room , this one looked the least impressive.
However upon getting closer... i noticed a very photogenic trichome structure..


anyway without further adieu




















This photo kinda tripped me out> i was trying to get the full shot but these pistilite hairs were in the way> So i grabbed them with my fingers and pulled them out.
however upon pulling what was actualy one out ( looked like two )... it left this strange tube shaped piece that i guess the pistilite hair was attached to..
Anyone want to geek out and find the name for this particular part of the cannabis plant.?

Maybe the pistils are segmented, be cool to find out though , never seen that before either. Peace GS
