Medical Mark's Cali O macro shots

well i just got home from mark's medical marijuana grow here in BC. He is a federally exempt grower in canada, and is totaly legal.

I am only gonna throw up the first few shots of macro male flowers i got. I found something very interesting, and im sure it will raise a few eyebrows.
Check out inside the banana how on each different one i photographed, they have little glandular heads sitting inside their ridge's.
I am guesing they fell off trichome's and landed in there, as im sure they do not grow out of there like that.
But still pretty cool
will add trichome shots tomorrow. Got a bunch of good ones

Well i managed to get the rest of the shots resized, and added up here. I took a few shots at 1:1 of the cali o, and one of the leaf up close, and the rest are Trichome macro's

what purpose to the white "hairs" serve on the pistils? a receptle for pollen?

heh...pistils are like nature's velcro.

Yes They sure are natures velcro, NO wonder a small nanner in the crop can produce a lot of seeds. It only takes one single ball of pollen to create a seed. And you can imagine one nanner can produce quite a few of those pollen balls.

Leave it to nature to design things with perfection...
