Well sir if I use 3 x 3 for 1000 I would have to say 400 will work, but not sure I would call it efficient. Would say maybe 2 x 2 for a 400. Good luck. peace GS

Dont want to hijack your thread here but you kinda lost me a bit in that last post. You said if you use 3x3 for 1000 i would have to say 400 will work?? What did you mean there as I was not sure.
Also the toom is 5ft long by 2ft wide and I said it was 2 400w lights. One 400w was a MH and the other is 400w HPS.
Shirley that is or should be plenty of power yes?? 800 watts for 10 sq ft space?

Wowser...if you were doing a 5x2 little closet room, how much light would you use? I see you use HPS, you ever switch to MH or are you a straight up Sodium guy would ya say?
