Shower Head Diffy vs Gridline Diffy

I was about to upgrade my down tube and I was wondering which was better.
What do you guys think?

perc tube = SG grid diffy

straight tube or beaker w/ no perc = SGW 2.0 showerhead diffy

do they make a gridded diffy for ws tiny?
i think mine downtube is 2.5 and i think 2.75 wouldn't fit
