Sorry to hear the bad news. If you havent already handled it i would suggest talking with the shop you purchased from, and if they leave you hanging then i would contact toro. the turn around time is long, they are very busy, but it should be no where around a year. Id estimate a few months. Good luck and good times.

what case was it???? tell everybody so noone buys that kind of shitty case! when my circ circ is in the pelican, i can ride that thing down a flight of stairs and it wont be damaged

okay so i got word back from the toro camp
I can get a new one if i ship it back to him (cleaned off course) for less then retail price, $325. Im doing it, asap. I needa soak this baby in GO for like 4 days then send it out... Will keep u posted
