I think nikon is finally moving in the right direction the last few years. Their dslr's are the best imo or atleast equal with Canon. Canon does have a advantage with a bigger and slightly better variety of lenses, but it seems nikon is working on updating and adding the lenses that people complain about or aren't in the current nikkor lineup.
