Which states are we and which states are we not ...

Can anyone be so kind as to let me know ( as well as others im sure of it) which states can I legally ship a water pipe to and which states is it illegal to do so?

My no ship list is Pennsylvania, Iowa, and Idaho. Alot of people do ship to Idaho, but I've seen more people refusing to lately. I'm not sure what the laws are, but I'd rather be safe then sorry.

edit: I had something bookmarked on the legality in penn and iowa but I can't seem to find it. I found a few places that don't ship to Illinois aswell.

edit2: I went through (almost) all of my bookmarks and did a quick google search but couldn't find anything. hopefully a shop owner of residents of those states can chime in.
