I was wondering if you fellow extractors make your own ice, and what is the preffered method of the pro's?
Store bags?
Lots of trays?
Machines?
TAp water?
Distilled ?
R>O<
Spring??

I like to use the freshest water available wherever I am doing bubble. If you have the time and energy (and $$$$) you can setup an r.o machine to feed an ice machine if you are really anal about your ice. I believe that aqua lab technologies has some experience with this, and if you look on his posts for his lab set up, you might find out what he does.
I live in the country of nor cal so the water up here is pretty darn clean, so I use it. I would love to use R.O every time I bubble but when I go do bubble for people I would have to go up a day earlier and set up an R.O machine along with an icemaker. But when I go to do bubble work my truck is already full of equipment so I would need another truck.
I would use a brita water filter to make some ice and use that to fill the bucket (that is assuming that you are using a 5 gallon setup) for what it seems like you are doing. . . .
Peace. . .
Respect gets respect.
Yeah I use a five gallon 8 bag. I do have an ice machine, but it is not like an industrial style. The thing I always wonder about is all the chlorine and stuff in tap water. Would that have a negative effect on my precious HEADIES?
