I've never used Payload bags (who know's, maybe the factory mixed up the meshes? it's been known to happen!)..but here's my advice

buy an additional 125 or 140 micron mesh bag, this in itself will make a noticeable difference in the end result
quality starting material = a quality end result, it's not easy to get full melting domes from poorly grown or poorly handled starting material
when in doubt, use more ice! it's all about cold temps
definitely hand stir with a stick for about 5 minutes for the first run, paint drills are ok, if the speed is slow and gentle, the idea is to knock off the frozen trichomes, not beat the shit outta the plant material turning it into mush

Does the division in the mesh of the payload bags seem to help? It looks like trichomes may get stuck in the extra stitch there, you get that any?
