Getting the Biggest from LST

Im getting into Low Stress Training my plants and wondering what you think of my technique. Its not the tie down version, but instead im using bag ties from the grocery stores to tie leaves on top of eachother and get a lil more sun to the middle of the stem

I dont plan on keeping them like this for long maybe a few weeks. By the way this is my first grow so any advice is welcome
