I use little square cardboard jewelry boxes for each level and glued the silica packets to the top of the box. seems to work well.
I think using a chamois (car wash shammy) under the pressing screens is a huge help in wicking out the water. I also shake each bag for about 40secs before I pull the contents. By the time I'm ready to pull the hash from the bag, its formed its own little glob and is practically dry and sandy before it even hits the pressing screen. Its more like "popping" the glob of hash, rather than shaking.
Once I started using the shammy and shaking the bags longer, as well as chopping up the hash a couple of times within hours of the washing, I have had very few problems getting a nice dry, full melt, brown sugar like consistency.

    Soooo yummy!
