    Default Alternative to pressing screen?

    Hello, ya'll. Wow, what a wonderful first crop of medicine...there was much dancing and joy. Anyway, my ice bags came today and while I kinda know what to do with them, I have no pressing screens. Duh. Is there and alternative or what? Thanx folks, I'll bet I have more questions down the line.

    All I had to do was search around a bit for other choices, but getting it right when you're a beginner is probably best. My Grandpa...
