My degenerate art experience...

I just wanted to post this telling a little bit about my experience at the Degenerate art show, GAS conference, and after party in Portland last month... First off, there was some seriously gnarly, mind blowing, glass.. Props to everyone who brought pieces to the show.. It was kewl meeting so many fellow artists. I talked to Banjo for a bit and look forward to working with him.. =) I saw alot of the old dogs there too, such as Hugh, Clinton, Snodgrass, ect... Then there was the after party where there was lots of beer and some really cool glass demonstrations throughout this warehouse.. During the party, I met Willy Horn who was one of the coolest people I have ever come across.. This guy is the most humble, honest person.. His whole story on how GTT came about is really interesting, too.. I didnt know he worked for Bethlehem for so many years.. And, after talking to him, he lent me a blinged out Delta Mag to play with till September.. I was like WOW.. I couldnt believe it.. Such a wild ride and a good time..

I know, it's weird.. I'm still tripping on the whole event... The whole thing was such a positive experience.. Did I mention Willy is the man?
