New to bubble hash just have some questions

Hey everyone I am new to the idea of bubble hash and find it very intriguing. My first question is, since I do not grow my own buds, how much hash is yielded from between 1 and 4 ounces of heady nugs (good headies but don't know strand). My next question is if i were to contact someone who did grow about buying trim and leaves off of them, how much should I ask because i do not want to be ripped off. Thanks alot everyone.

well returns are usualy between 3 and 10% ,
As for trim, i would always offer to make the hash and give the person half of the hash in return. As the bags are worth a fair chunk, its a worthwhile option for someone who is only cooking or tossing their trim.
